If you wish to make a complaint about a lawyer who holds a practice certificate in England & Wales, in respect of their work as a UK practitioner, please refer to the Legal Ombudsman's Website

To make an informal complaint about poor standards of service or to make any other informal complaint which you think might be resolvable between yourself and an Advocate with the Law Society’s help, please use the forms below.
